- Full Lifetime Warranty – We will repair or replace any defect in materials or workmanship and will pay the costs of all parts and labor for as long as the original purchaser owns their home. If you sell your home, we extend coverage for 10 years from the install date to the successive owner.

Upgrades
- Exterior Frame Colors – Milgard vinyl windows are available in nine exterior frame colors with premium exterior finishes like bronze and espresso. The coating technology allows UV rays to pass through the paint and reflect off the vinyl frame, preserving the exterior finish for colors that last.
- SecurityMax™ Package – The SecurityMAX package includes a multi-point locking system paired with the SmartTouch® Bolt. The multi-point lock is activated with a single motion of the SmartTouch door handle, engaging four locking points and securing the door in the top frame, bottom track, and at the handle. This provides five points of security on your patio door.
- Color Screens – Colored screens are an optional upgrade. The aluminum is extruded, not painted. This makes the color of Milgard screens resistant to wearing out or wearing off over time
- Grids – To give you even more design and style choices, Milgard has created two-tone grids. Like the interior frame, the interior grids are white. The exterior grid colors are carefully selected to enhance the beauty of the exterior frame tone.
